Originally knows as the "Queen City of the Platte" Evans offers the feel of a small town, and is located at the intersection of US 85 and US 34. Evans occupies a total area of 3.8 square miles.

As the recipient of a Gold Medal for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management in 2004, it's no surprise that Evans has over 300 acres of parks and open space, along with scenic trails that run along the Platte River. Residents of Evans enjoy cozy, small-town living coupled with all the amenities of city life, including shopping, a local airport and easy access to Denver International Airport.
