Overview:

Orchard Mesa is an unincorporated community, located along side the city of Grand Junction. This beautiful small town is bordered by both the Colorado and Gunnison Rivers.

Attractions:

Golfing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and more outdoor activities are in abundance in Orchard Mesa. With so many neighboring cities, dining, night life and other entertainment are also within reach.

Mostly residential homes occupy this area, however, there is plenty of vacant land to build that dream home. A few commercial properties are scattered and available as well.
